Baseline PSG Criteria (2025)

  • Business is registered and operating in Singapore.
  • Solution will be used locally.
  • Group revenue < S$100 million or < 200 employees.
  • The chosen tool is on the PSG pre-approved list.

SFEC Top-Up Triggers

  • At least S$750 SDL contributions in the past 12 months.

  • Three or more local employees on CPF payroll this month.
